17 September 2013 Just File The Transfer of Articleship form 109 and again file the new form 102 from the new employer.
You can get the form from the ICAI Website.

17 September 2013 Agree with Expert,

Transfer /termination of articles is permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles.

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

17 September 2013 1)take your boss signature in form 109 and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

2)not required icai prior permission

3)join with another ca and send form 103 to icai

4)no need to wait till icai confirms about your transfer ,,
