17 September 2013 what is the procedure if i want to cancel my present articles registration as i m not yet registered as it is pending due to my Form 112 and then register again with other principal?? and whether it is possible if i terminate my articles at present and then continue after few months as i have my Tybcom so what is the procedure for that ??

17 September 2013 Submit form 112 and form 109 you can submit both at a time or first submit form 112 and then submit form 109 assuming you are in the first year of articleship at the time of taking of termination.

And get re-registration to articleship by submitting form 102 and 103 when you want to continue your articleship.

In case after also you want to continue your articleship at the present employer then submit only form 112 and take leave for your articleship period by submitting a leave letter to your employer then your extension of your articleship shall be decided at completion of articleship based on the total leaves taking by you.

17 September 2013 If you want to continue your articleship at the present employer then my suggestion is taking of leave(if employer accepted) is better and benefit than taking termination of articleship.

17 September 2013 I just need transfer from present employer and want a break.. and there after I would re join my articleship..

18 September 2013 In such case take termination by submitting form 109 either along with form 112 or after submission of form 112(assuming your employer is willing to give termination and you are eligible for taking termination).

And re-register for your articleship for the balance period at any time when you want to continue your articleship by submitting form 103 and 102 with the new employer.
