i have applied for transfer on medical grounds since 20.8.13 but is approved by principal on 02.10.13,then whether i have to pay late fine or not ?

Suppose earlier depreciation is Rs.20000 and profit is Rs.100000. Now after change of method of depreciation, depreciation is Rs.25000 and profit is Rs.95000. How to write notes for change in method of depreciation.

i am serving my articleship period and i have already completed one and half year.Now my partner(under whom i am registered)is leaving the firm and joining some other firm as partner there.but he may be transfer me to the other partner in the same firm(not in the new firm where he is going).

i passed first group in nov 2012 and second group in march 2013 and also i registered for article in march 2013 .

my doubt was ,somebody is telling that registration fees for final can be pay before 6 months before i get an attempt in nov 2015 and somebody is telling that pay fees for final now only

so tell me,whether i have to pay registration fees for final now or is there any chance to pay registration fees fees for final before 6 months before i get my attempt in nov 2015.
