Period of industrial training can be less than 12 month or not in the last year of article training?

sir I m cpt student currently and this dec exam is going to be my second attempt and I have 78 days and plzz help me to plan schedul

i passed first group in nov 2012 and second group in march 2013 and also i registered for article in march 2013 .

my doubt was ,somebody is telling that registration fees for final can be pay before 6 months before i get an attempt in nov 2015 and somebody is telling that pay fees for final now only

so tell me,whether i have to pay registration fees for final now or is there any chance to pay registration fees fees for final before 6 months before i get my attempt in nov 2015.
