Please tell me that within how many years the TDS refund can be claimed and also clarify that below taxable income is required for claiming such refund of TDS

Can any one provide the CA Final Accounts notes of Pravin Sharma Sir along with slides and videos? It will be of great help as i am unable to attend classes due to my office working hours.

In the above context
Q1)Whether Dividend @10% will also be paid on purchases made on 1.2.12 ?Why?
