19 October 2013 agm of co. was held on 30/09/2013. now my question is, according to law on which Date of Board of directors' meeting was held in which balance sheet was approved.
please rply its urgent...

22 October 2013 I would suggest you to approve your accounts by having a board meeting between 1 September to 5 September 2013. This will ensure gap of 21 days between AGM and board meeting date as required by section 171 of companies act 1956.
