19 October 2013 My 1st yr of articleship is going to be end on 31st oct. 2013. I have an offer from a good firm as compared with my current firm but my CA is denying me for giving transfer.What should i do in this case ?i don't have much time.

plz help me urgently .

19 October 2013 Except to convince your present boss there is no option left to you

once you completed taking transfer is comple process which involves prior permission of icai is mandatory

19 October 2013 If you cannot able ot convince him You can Stop dreaming about transfer of articleship..because transfer of articleship with out principal acceptance is not accepted

Just think a wise reason and convince boss,,it may be true or false
.

Generally if you say that you got offer from good firm no ca will accept your transfer,,you should think for a wise reason where principal should never say No
.
