I leave the CA course few years ago but now i want to do again cpt.

My registration in cpt course expired on 6/10/2009. Some one told me that You will have to give handwritten appliation for re-validation of cpt course and till december its is free.

what the format of application please any one help me.

MY EXAM IS IN MAY 2014 AND FOR HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I STUDY .I HAVE NOT PREPARED MUCH . HOW MANY GROUPS SHOULD I GIVE

IS COMPANIES BILL 2013 APPLICABLE IN MAY 2014

BY WHEN IT WILL BE DECLARED AND HOW MUCH % OF APPLICABILITY IS THERE

I want to know whether the new Company law is applicable for May 2014 CA Final attempt or not. As per the Institute's site,it is written over there that it will be intimated well in time.I want to know what's the exact thing about applicability because i have to start studies for the exam and I am confused whether to study new law or old law.
Please resolve my query .

I am an ipcc student,set to appear in nov 2013.I have enrolled in for CS executive course as well.I want to know how to get myself registered for7 day SIP.?? I have read that registeration for SIP must be done within 6 months of Executive!Since i wouldnt be able to attend SIP in november ,and my 6 months time would end in november.Can i pursue it afterwards and get registerd now ????

I have joined article ship on Sep 30th. I put the same date in the registration forms.. As My auditor is busy, he is not ready to sign and send the forms before 30th of OCT. When I asked him for the signature, he Told "Your Date of registration will be 30 sep, I can send the forms even after 1 month with fine.. You do not worry. Your Final attempt will not be get delayed for 6 months" Is this true?

if someone passed in ipcc after completing aricleship... toh wo final ka exam kb de skta hai ?

Sm is look like very easy subject... but its really difficult to get more marks in this.... why??? some tips for Sm Please...anyone ... i thing examinor module k as it is...answer mangte hain isme .... .. thats why i didnt get marks... in last attempt
