28 October 2013 My CPT registration has expired on 6/10/2009.
How to re validate it by submitting handwritten application.

Please help what is the format or language of letter.

28 October 2013 yes, there is no prescribed form for re-validation

it seems you need to apply for the same in a plain paper in the format provided
..
.
you better provide required details in word file and sign and send to icai for revalidation

obtaining suggestions from icai in this regard will be recommended
