sir i have completed 1.5 years of articleship i want to get transfer on the grounds of misconduct my principa agree to give transfer and another firm is ready to take as an article so can i go for it is it advisable

my ca articleship was over in papers on 05.08.2013 and when i filled the form after around one month my employer had put excessive leave around 95 days. This means i have to further do 95 days training but since i didnt continue under him after 05.08.2013, what procedure is to be adopted. also yet no letter of institute has come regarding extension.

I am glad to inform you that I, Sulagna Chowdhury have joined CA Courses under Direct Entry Scheme this year for IPCC exam to be held in Nov,2014 after completing my Graduation.I therefore had to join a CA Firm for my Articleship Training for 9months before Nov,2014 as per the rules under ICAI.

Please suggest me some of the CA firms in Kolkata so that I can apply for the post.I will be waiting for your response.

is there any rule that form shall also reach before 31st October if I strt my articleship before 31st October

If a CA student registers for another professional course that requires self study only, without prior permission from ICAI then can he inform the institute later on?
Is there any penalty or punishment for informing the institute late?

The additional course does not interfere with articleship in any way as it is a self study course.

Please enlighten on the above.
