I have given my nov 2013 attempt(IPCC) and I have entered into articleship through direct entry scheme. Presently I have completed 1 year articleship. Due to my family situations Im thinking to discontinue my articleship. Please suggest me about the following queries:

Can I discontinue my articleship now and continue it after 1 or 2 years. If possible, can I continue it in another firm. If so, what are the procedures to do?...

i am in my last of year of articleship and 7 months articleship is left....PLUS i have an extension of 5 months.....but according to ICAI 9 to 12 months of industrial training can be done in last year of articleship...SO I FIT IN THE LAST YEAR CRITERIA BUT ONLY 7 MONTHS ARE LEFT NOT NINE. BUT IF I ADD EXTENSION ALSO THEN IT IS MORE THAN 9 MONTHS

so i am elligible for industrial training OR NOT?

Please I need a help on this matter."date of joining new firm should not be more than the difference between the date when your 2.5 years is completing and first day of month of relevant attempt" is this mentioned in any ca regulations? I have joined my articleship on 29-April-2013, and my attempt falls after 2.5 yrs in november 2015, does that means i have only 2 days for getting registered in new firms if i take transfer??
