No, you are not eligible for May 2014 attempt, because your 9 months of article ship will complete in July 2014.

So you will be eligible for Nov, 2014 attempt.

12 November 2013 Yes institute's material & practice manual are very good.But for your own clarity it would be better refer atleast one additional book for every subject for simplification of technical topics

1. Accounts: P.C Tulsian/Haneef Mukherjee
2. Law: Munish Bhandari
3. Costing: S.N. Maheshwari & Padhuka
4. F.M.: Saxena and Vashisth and Padhuka
5. Taxation:
For Tax Theory: T N Manmohan /Girish Ahuja For Numerical: Dr. Vinod Singhania

6. Audit : Surbhi Bansal
7. ITSM: Dinesh Madan
8. Advance: P.C Tulsian

ICAI Study Material and Practice manuals with RTPs must be refereed for better chances of clearing Exams...
