I am a final student, my Articled commenced on 12.03.2012. I registered myself in IPCC as both groups of IPCC and ATC all levels, can i get my ATC certificate now?

I have registered for both the groups of IPCC & have clear my group 1.
Now if i apply for ATC certificate, Would i be eligible for appearing for group 2 later on??
I have completed 2 years of article ship.
would my article ship of 3 year count for both the courses(ATC & Group 2)??
