i want ca final study material for may 2015 attempt please provide me sir

friends I have registered CA IPCC through direct entry but nobody giving me confidence plz tell me have I done wrong thng.......?but I got 82% in puc and 81% in degree....all are tell icing that CA is very difficult course......plz suggest me....and also family is not poor

I just wanted to know, whether we can take transfer and rejoin articleship in next firm on same date or not??

i am done with 5attempts of ipcc gr 1 and not able to make it out yet , dis nov was my 5th attempt , may be i wont be able to make it dis time also , i want to give my best shot for may , i want to prepare for both groups and i m sure in may i will clear my exams anyhow now all i wanna know is that is there any scope of pursuing CA after so many attempts , will i be able to get a good job ? i know attempts dont make a difference when it comes to practising but all i m worried about is the job thing :'(

My principal has quit the company in which I'm serving as an Industrial Trainee. Please can anyone tell me the procedure to be followed now. Do I need to re register in the same company under a different CA or do I need to join the other company where my old principal has joined? Please help

I failed in 2 nd group by 5 marks and going to gv on dis december but m very scared about paper m nt getting enough confidence.
I m goong to gv both the gorup dis time.
Question=
1) study material = plz help me regarding of every subject and which book i should refer. ( i am using some notes and suchita scanner - is it enough?)
2) regarding updated portion- which subject is updated ?
3) and in 20 days can i study and gv boyh the groups.
I m wating for expert opinin i ll be thankful .
