i wrote IPCC exam in Nov 2013. i plan to covert into direct scheme. in case if i pass 1st group or both group whether is it consider under to direct scheme or not? whether i have to write exam again?

If you are taking transfer under direct entry scheme and ther after you passed the both group then you will be considered as pass under normal and will not be treated as passed under direct entry scheme.
You are going to take r=conversion after appearing in exam.
