please let me know if i join artcleship training in november 2013 whem am i eligible to write my ca final exam and when i have to join for ca final class

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this you will be eligible for Nov 2016 attempt.

you will get ca final attempt in last 6 months of articleship,i.e, after completing 2.5 years of articleship
