What are the consequences if GMCS-1 not done within 1 year of Articleship Training due to non availability of Seats

Gud morning sir,
i am doing my articleship from last six months.My query is if i do not show my stipend in bank statement than it create any problem for me.
OR my CA gives me stipend in cash than it is any problem??
pls help me???

I have cleared cpt exam in dec2008, and registered with ICAI for IPCC & ATC, and last exam attempt is nov.2011, but due to some family reasons I had to quit C.A. and join job, but now i want to complete my C.A. course.
But I am confused that I can rejoin or not or does I have to re-registered with ICAI for IPCC or I Can directly fill form for examination as I already registered.
Please reply to my query and help me out.

I am IPCC student,i had lot of confusion regarding final exam applicability.Earlier we heard that we should complete 2.5 yrs pf training in order to take the attempt..Now In institute website we found that"The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held". Whether the above rule will apply to IPCC also? Or For IPCC old provision only will Apply? Please guide me......

I had a query that, I had deducted the TDS on 30/6/2013 the due date of deposit is 8/7/2013 but I had deposited on 22/10/2013.
Know, how to calculate the period of delay on months.
