I have completed one year and 3 months approx. of articleship and I want to take secondment but my Principal is not ready he is saying to take transfer with mutual consent. is it possible?

I have completed my ipcc group1 in dis may atempt.joined a firm recently. problem here is i am doing degree(Regular) in some other place but i am not atending clases.so because of dat my partner denied to register me as it is said cannot pursue both at a time. there is antother 4 mnths for completion of degree cant wait till then. is there any way out for me to register now..?? can anyone help me ??

i started my articleship from gujat. on 19july 2013 and submited form no.103 with in one month but i can not submit form 112.
bcoz that time i was not doing any course but now i am doing b com. 3 year from rajasthan university so now i will submit form 112 so can i eligble for late fees .

sir my principle was dead in july 2013 my firm is partnership firm and transfer me under firm can i get the transfer on the base of death of principle

Pls suggest me best book to study for my ca final exam due in may-2015
