Under the direct entry scheme students is it compulsory to clear one group of IPCC exam for getting industrial training after two years of articleship?

While submitting the articleship registration FORM 103 I also submitted FORM 112 alongwith which was without the signature of principal of college as I was pursuing the correspondence B.com. But now after one month of Submission of the forms ,the ICAI has send me a letter raising objection on the matter that FORM 112 needs to be re-submitted.
So my queries are:
1. Do I really need to submit the form with signature of principal?
2. If yes, then should I submit the whole FORM 103 along with FORM 112 ? or just FORM 112 duely signed by principal?
