Dear Sir, I have joined articleship under direct scheme in small firm in kanpur on 20 nov... yaha per proprietor ki accounting (like shop, trader etc)aur individual ka income tax file, tds aur vat ka aur service tax ka hi kaam.. i need advise.. bcoz as we know articleship is very important part of ca course.. kya main 9-10 month kaam kar ke aur ipcc ka exam deke transfer le lu.. yaa to continue karu 3 saal tak.. please advise me... i m little bit confused about my articleship. i want to learn evrything in 3 years.. i m ready for hard work.. but i want to learn... please suggest what to do??___________________________________

Dev. you can take transfer in the first year without any restriction. So wait for some more time to take this decision. only if you feel that you arent learning enough, you should shift to another firm...but dont get too excited or impatient..nobody learns everything in 3 years...this profession is too large for that...nevertheless an honest hard work during articleship days do help a lot...so wait and watch.

u must first get exp for 9 months and appear for exam of ipcc and after that u can take transfer so atleast u will have 9 months exp as article assistant and will have little adv.
