23 December 2013 Hi sir/madam i'm under going articleship training and it's my second yaer of the training. I want to go for industrial training can i do so? if yes what is the procedure for that? if not atleast can i take transfer to another firm? i'm not satisfying any of the conditions for transfer..

24 December 2013 you can pursue industrial training only in the last year. So that option is not available to you right now.

with regards to transfer, the only options as provided in regulation 56(1) are available:

24 December 2013 you can do it in last year of articleship and within range of 9-12 months and will be eligible for 1/6 th of actual period served as leave.
