is there any last date for applying ca final revalidation form in notification it is said that after 1-1-2014 u have to pay revalidation fees of 500 but not any last date pls clarify this

"Greetings" i have submiited my articleship form at icai vishwas nagar on 20 dec on 29 jan i received a letter in which it is mentioned that my registration letter is forwarding to CIRC Kanpur since my principle has changed the firm address from delhi to up. my registration process is not completed since it is not showing me registered under my principal and i have not received any letter from icai also the I CARD. i want to take transfer and my principal is also ready .. can i apply or should wait for the completion. of ny registration process???

is taking a transfer better or termination? does taking a termination affect the status of an individual?

i am a CA final student and also registered for CS. my main stream is CA.
Since i want to practice as a CA in future, am i required to undergo 15 months training with icsi for obtaining certificate of practice?
which trainings i am required to undergo to obtain the degree of CS, like SIP,EDP,PDP,MSOP?
is there any benefit if i complete CS but practice as a CA?

The company (listed public limited company) has agreements for sale (signed in the year 2009) registered in its name and now it wants to assign such agreements for sale to other companies as per the assignment clause in the agreement.

In this regard, please guide, whether the company is required to register such agreements and pay 2% stamp duty as per the Government of West Bengal on the same or not?

And also,
Whether consent of the actual owner of the property (who intend to sell such land to the company) who had signed such agreements for sale as the seller of such property is required or not??

I am undergoing 15 months training in a Company and have completed 9 months. My appointment letter says that if I plan to leave, I will need to serve a notice period of 30 days.

Just to inform you that I am expecting and hence would not be able to continue the training as the office is quite far and the journey involved is too long.

Please confirm if I need to serve the notice period to get an NOC and I can get the same without any notice period.

Details for my query:
1) 11-02-2009 - Date of registration
2) 10-02-2014 - 5 years from the above date
3) 31-12-2013 - Cut off date of 5 years as per the application for revalidation

Sir i am planning to do both ca and cs. I have registered for cpt for june 2014. I wanted to know the way of approaching both courses. Should i do ca and then cs or the other way round or simultaneously. Also do i have to complete the training for both courses or is there any exemption. Looking forward to your valuable feedback.
