I would like to know whether i am supposed to revalidate my CA Final registration?
And if yes, whether I have to pay revalidation fee of Rs. 500?
Details for my query:
1) 11-02-2009 - Date of registration
2) 10-02-2014 - 5 years from the above date
3) 31-12-2013 - Cut off date of 5 years as per the application for revalidation

I have sent my application for revalidation course along with DD of Rs.500 on 18th Feb 2014. I have not been able to get any reply and its been a month now. Will i be issued any letter confirming that my revalidation application has been processed in time.??

Regarding your CA Final revalidation:
Revalidation is mandatory if you have not cleared your CA Final within 5 years of registration (which is the usual validity period).
Since your registration date is 11-02-2009, and 5 years completed on 10-02-2014, you are indeed required to revalidate.
The revalidation fee is Rs. 500, which you have paid.
After submitting your application and DD on 18th Feb 2014, it can take some time for ICAI to process the request.
About confirmation:
ICAI typically sends an acknowledgment letter or email confirming receipt and processing of your revalidation application.
If you haven’t received any communication after one month, you should follow up with your regional ICAI office or contact the ICAI helpdesk for status.
Sometimes the portal or helpline may also give updates.
