13 February 2014 is taking a transfer better or termination? does taking a termination affect the status of an individual?

13 February 2014 please note that termination is the first step of transfer and you cannot treat them as separate activities having different impact!

it doesnt have much impact on your CV as anyways employers dont look at your articleship experience unless it is from very large CA firms. regardless too many transfers will reflect bad on any CV.
