Sir,I have joined articleship on 27-04-2013 and now I have filled the form 109 for termination on 26.04.2014 and not sent to icai still. But I have heard that icai would get doubt and would cancel our transfer if we fill the form on one day before completion of 1yr of article ship ,
Please suggest me any solution !!
Would it really be problematic if I submit it with 26.04.2014?
Or can I change it with whitener?

I submitted my form no.112 on 25-02-2014 with form no 103 but later on me and my Principal received a letter from institute to bring fresh form no.112 at institute with ca final registration form and DD then i resubmit that
all and then i received a mail from icai for final registration but in that mail there is not any information about my articleship registration ....
Please Suggest me how can i know about my articleship registration...

I want to confirm is there are many changes in law bcoz of new company act? coaching required or not? my attempt is on may 2015 If coaching required should I start it now or after nov 14 exams?

As per the new rules of ICAI, a student registered for articleship after 1st May, 2012 is required to undertake two GMCS courses. Where will the list of batches for GMCS-I be announced for the month of June 2014? Can someone provide me with the link of the same/

my dvat registration has been canceled by dvat in this month.....

so what to do to activate my dvat registration

I've downloaded my admit card online but there is no photograph and signature of mine on the admit card, the instruction box says I should have my photograph with other details like name and all duly attested by a member of institute oh his letter head and to be submitted to the center of examination after exams.
So my query is do I need to submit my attested documents after every paper or just once?
If yes then every submission after the first submission should be in original documents or a xerox copies is fine??

I have completed my 1 year 4month of articleship now I want to shift my training to my hometown 250km away from my recent location. I am shifting due to financial reason guide me as my father expired 2years back
