I started my articleship on 20.04.2013 and terminated on 15.01.2014. After that I re-registered on 16.06.2014 and I am about to take transfer on 31.08.2014. As the period of my service as an article assistant comes out less than one year, will in that casemy transfer be considered within one year? And when will my ca final exam be due if I re-register within one month of transfer? Please Help...

I have to give may2015 attempt. For direct taxes i preferred t.n manoharan book. Can i study that book alone without studying icai study module? I will do practice manual also

I have completed my TY.Bcom in march 2014, and the aggregate percentage of my marks from 1st semester to 6th semester is 57.4 %,
but the grade given to me is C grade by mumbai university which falls under 50-54.99 %.
So, for registration under direct entry which of the following will be considered, the average percentage of marks or the grade?

I am second year article. I am planning to give May-2015 CA Final attempt. I want to know about conditions pertaining to appearing for Final exam with respect to articleship, viz.,
1) If I want to give CA Final attempt in May-2015, then whether Oct-2015 is deadline to complete my articleship?
2) Is advance ITT program is applicable to me?
3) Whether GMCS & advance ITT days are included in articleship period?

Please reply as early as possible.

sir I anurag jain have registered in ca final course in february 2010 passing pcc in nov 2009 exam can I give nov 2014 exam or I have to revalidate my final course registration if yes what is the procedure when I have to revalidate for ca final course waiting for your reply anurag jain

my articleship got completed on 20-06-2014. i submitted form 108 within 30days. then i received a letter from institute stating i've taken excess leave of 28days and i ve to send form 107. i submitted form 107 and form 108 for the excess period i served within 60 days. now i hv received another letter stating i have not executed the deed for supplementary articles within 60days and i'm advised to execute the deed in form 102 and form 103 within 30days from the date of commencement of excess leave.
my query is i have already served my excess period then why should i send form 102 and 103 for re registration?
pls reply asap, its really urgent.

I have to give my final attempt in may 2015. I want to do self study for direct taxation. I selected t.n manoharan reference book. As time is less i want to stick to only 1 book. Can i study manoharan book without referring study module? I will not neglect icai practice manual. Please help me

If due to any reason if student has not added any other degree in articleship and after completing the same if there is any provision to add it or what will be the consequences for the same

I will be completing my articleship on 21/08/2014 with an extension of 124 days and have discussed it with my principal regarding serving my extension under another principal. He threatened me by saying that he would not sign Form 108 until and unless I serve extension under him. Does he legally have an option to deny signing form 108? He also says that my articleship period of 3 yrs will be considered as complete only if I serve the extension under him. Is his point valid? He has paid stipend during my leave also, I have asked him about the reimbursement of the same and he told me that it will be compensated when I serve the extension under him. Can I take the route of form 119 as I have my training record maintained in a book daily signed by him against the work done. Could his false negative remarks damage the articleship certification procedure? What steps available to me. Please people help its very urgent as I don't want to serve my extension under my current principal.
