I have completed my TY.Bcom in march 2014, and the aggregate percentage of my marks from 1st semester to 6th semester is 57.4 %,
but the grade given to me is C grade by mumbai university which falls under 50-54.99 %.
So, for registration under direct entry which of the following will be considered, the average percentage of marks or the grade?

the aggregate marks shall be considered and ur eligible for direct entry route.

The average percentage of Marks will be considered for eligibility criteria under Direct Entry. So you are eligible for Direct Entry into IPCC.
