I am getting offer from a company for industrial training but it is not listed on ICAI website but it is listed in NSE & BSE and its holding company is listed on ICAI website. can i go industrial training or not.

My client is providing Services to a coaching Centre as a Faculty. The institute collects service tax from students under coaching classes services and deposit the same to the govt. Institute is making payment to my client on monthly basis after deducting Service Tax and TDS and depositing the same.

My client has crossed the limit of 9 lakhs on such income he receives.

So is he liable to charge service tax to the institute and if yes under which head

There are students who complete CA/CFA, ICWA and CS when the latter focuses on laws and is not finance or accounts based. Also some Chartered Accountants go for law. But an MBA is not said to be a better choice over a degree in law after Course of CS(Company Secretary). Why is it so? Also I would like to know various reasons for which a CA certficate holder pursues a degree in law ?
