Articleship and ca final exam

I started my articleship on 20.04.2013 and terminated on 15.01.2014. After that I re-registered on 16.06.2014 and I am about to take transfer on 31.08.2014. As the period of my service as an article assistant comes out less than one year, will in that casemy transfer be considered within one year? And when will my ca final exam be due if I re-register within one month of transfer? Please Help...

this is very complicated i will suggest u better ask icai officials at ur nearest regional branch of icai

but then ur confusion will not be resolved and u need will be like a pendulum whether u will allowed or not u must visit persoanlly nn ask.

the first year is counted from the date of original date of registration and not the actual period served..

Is the final exam due according to the date of original registration?

it is due on completeion of 2 yrs and 6 months of articleship training.
