Supplementary registration of articles

19 August 2014 my articleship got completed on 20-06-2014. i submitted form 108 within 30days. then i received a letter from institute stating i've taken excess leave of 28days and i ve to send form 107. i submitted form 107 and form 108 for the excess period i served within 60 days. now i hv received another letter stating i have not executed the deed for supplementary articles within 60days and i'm advised to execute the deed in form 102 and form 103 within 30days from the date of commencement of excess leave.
my query is i have already served my excess period then why should i send form 102 and 103 for re registration?
pls reply asap, its really urgent.

19 August 2014 see basically its a formality u need to follow and u cannot avoid it at any cost, by the way when u have served the excess leave then wats ur porblem in filling form 102 n 103 else ur excess period served shall not be counted anymore
