I have completed my articleship period of 3 years in this month. And my principal is strongly denied to sign form 108. As i know that I have a option of submitting form 119 within 15 days of denial to principal and institute. And my CA final attempt is in November, 14.

My problems are:

1. Can I appear in November Exam. If I can appear than which documents should i submit along with exam form and CA other than my principal can sign the exam form.

2. In case of excess leave when can I take transfer to another firm. I mean Can I take transfer as soon as I submit the form 119 or wait for a certain period or for action from the Principal. If I have to wait then till when should i wait.

3. Regarding form 119- how many copies should I make and how can I send these to the institute and principal i.e personally or through speed post.

4. What will be the proof of submitting form 119 to the institute and principal with me so that I can show the effective date of submitting this form when it is required.

I registered myself as a student of IPC on 31st January , 2011. I didn't clear any group till now. I applied for 4 attempts till may/June 2014 exams. of them I attended just 3 attempts. Am I eligible to write may 2015 exams? do I need to register again for that?

Ive appeared for IPCC in MAY 14 n cleared 1st Group
Now I want to take Transfer in Pune Only.
Is it possible for Direct Entry Student without any special permission,,??

i had taken ca final DT tution from a local teacher and have cleared my concepts but the study material which he has given , i am not very satisfied with it.

KINDLY SUGGEST ME SOME BOOK WHICK READING TWICE/THRICE ALONGWITH PM OF ICAI FOR i can atleast be secured of an exemption in this paper.

I have completed my articleship period recently but my C.A(Principal) is not ready to sign the form 108 and standing on his commitment. In this case what can be my action of being terminated except the option of mutual understanding with principal.Because its getting impossible.

And what about form 119 is it valid now. If it is valid then how can i serve it to the CA.

Plz its urgent help me to get better solution .

my date of registration of ipcc is 31 may 2010. i passed my second group of ipcc on today 21 aug 2014. please help me in regarding revalidation process.
