my date of registration of ipcc is 31 may 2010. i passed my second group of ipcc on today 21 aug 2014. please help me in regarding revalidation process.

you result is valid. dont worry about it. if your group 1 is still pending, then apply for revalidation otherwise just register for CA finals

but my registration is not valid today so do i re-validate the registration of ipcc or just register for finals.

you have cleared both groups. just register for CA finals. if ICAI specifically ask you to revalidate (which they should not) then revalidate...otherwise no need
