Articleship transfer after 1 year

Ive completed 13 months of articleship in Pune after registering under Direct Entry Scheme.
Ive appeared for IPCC in MAY 14 n cleared 1st Group
Now I want to take Transfer in Pune Only.
Is it possible for Direct Entry Student without any special permission,,??

22 August 2014 Yes, but will they give me approval simply or they will put on some conditions.
because I want to take transfer within same city.

22 August 2014 most probably they wont allow. you need to cover reasons provided in regulation 56(1)
