i have paid examination fee for both groups of ca ipcc... under any circumstances if i dont attend group 2 exams... will my group 1 papers which i attended gets invalid and get canceled ??? thanks in advance

I am register under ca as on 7sept2013, den i took transfer to other ca within a year on 15-07-2014. I have sent all the documents regarding transfer but my transfer has not done yet. No letter has been sent by icai regarding any objection. My 1year has completed and i have to apply for atc. But if my transfer has not registered then how can i apply for atc?

I have started my articleship from 8 sept bt due to low attendance my college principal is unwilling to sign my articleship form........nd the last date for submitting the form without delaying my ca final attempt is 31 oct 2014.........bt i have heard that his sign is required only on form 112 and this form doesn't have a deadline.......is it true......can i submit this form in nov or dec after improving my attendance in nxt sem......plz help me and explain in detail. .....I don't want to wait for 6 mths

I AM GOING THROUGH THE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (ICAI)UNDER THE LISTED CO. BUT NOW PRINCIPAL UNDER WHOM I AM IMPARTING THE TRAINING, IS GOING TO GIVE RESIGN FROM THE CO. WITH IN NEXT TWO MONTHS.
