11 September 2014 I was registered under ca as on 7sept2013, den i took transfer to other ca within a year on 15-07-2014. I have sent all the documents regarding transfer but my transfer has not done yet. No letter has been sent by icai regarding any objection. They even dont pick our calls and give ans.to mail. My 1year has completed and i have to apply for atc. But if my transfer has not registered then how can i apply for atc? Please help me,i am very tensed..
