I am register under ca as on 7sept2013, den i took transfer to other ca within a year on 15-07-2014. I have sent all the documents regarding transfer but my transfer has not done yet. No letter has been sent by icai regarding any objection. My 1year has completed and i have to apply for atc. But if my transfer has not registered then how can i apply for atc?

1. first of all have you completed 1 year of training? you need to complete 1 year of training. Since you took transfer in july, that one year training has not been completed yet.
so check with ICAI regarding status of transfer, register under another CA for remaining period.
