i have paid examination fee for both groups of ca ipcc... under any circumstances if i dont attend group 2 exams... will my group 1 papers which i attended gets invalid and get canceled ??? thanks in advance

No. Even though you have paid fees and applied for both groups if you appear only in one group it will be valid. If you clear 1 group then it will remain valid.
