Hi,

I got exemption in AFM and IBS in May 24 attempt. Due to some personal issues I was not able to clear any group in Nov 24.

I already kick started my preparation for May 25. I want to surrender my exemptions and want to write all the papers at once in May25.

Can anyone please clarify me regarding the following:
(a) Is there any deadline before which we need to surrender our exemption for May 2025?
(b) Procedure to Surrender exemptions?
(c) What happens without surrendering exemptions if we attend to the exam papers where we already achieved exemptions??

I have filled my form 102 but it's on hold cause I am yet to submit my form 112.
Now I want to cancel my form 102 cause I do not wish to continue with the current firm as I have an offer from another firm.
How can I cancel/withdraw the form?

I have completed about 3 months of articleship as a CA intermediate under the old scheme.
Now, I wish to transfer my articleship requirement into the new scheme of education.
Do I have to submit an affidavit?
Can someone outline the procedure?

Article appear for their 1 or 2 subjects among the period of Exam days - Leave can be calculated for the entire period of exam days or only for the days article sat for exam

I want to complete it. But I don't I start from where. Need help to guide me to show me right direction.

Sir i need a letter for termination of articleship due to discontinance of cource, i was a direct entry student and already done 2 years of articleship under old scheme but i need to move out of this because it seems like very tough for me so i am dropping this couce.

My Articleship started on 1st July 2023 in old scheme. I wanted to join industrial training (IT) that will be after completion of 18 months of articleship i.e. after December 2024. During this 18 months I have taken 2 months of exam leaves (60 days). No other leaves taken than above.

Then my query is when I will be eligible for IT....after December 2024 or considering the 60 days leaves i.e., after February 2025.

When a company borrows Term loan from Bank and capitalize the interest during construction , so one side the value of fixed asset increase but on liability what amount increases? whether Bank Term Loan will get increased or other liability increases?

I have joined and worked in a firm as article assistant under old scheme (3 years). I have completed my articleship period more than 1 year but if I net of it with my study holidays it was less than 1 year. I have decided to temporarily discontinue CA due to some personal reasons but I will definitely continue my studies after 3 or 4 years. Can I terminate my articleship without any documents by putting early date.
