I had registered my articleship as on 31.8.2013 and i transefered my articleship and termination letter says that you have taken excess leave of 25 days
so please tell me my final attempt will come may2016 or nov 2016

l'm going to appear in nov 2014 for the second time. I have all the books which were applicable for may 2014. in may I got exemption in law. My query is that There are many sections notified by companies act 2013 which are not given in supplementary study material provided by icai. For example: section 177 regarding audit committee amended by new act but not given in supplementary. Please help me, should I write all new sections in my exam or should I only write changed sections given in supplementary and rest of the sections as per old act.

thank you sir for your quick response.my friend he is ca final student told me that ICAI announced recently regarding articleship regulations(about who is in employment may provide articleship).sir give me the advice how can I get ICAI regulations regarding articleship? because I am in employment.

SIR,This is DURGAPRASAD MUTYALA.I FINISHED MY MBA.Ipcc was registered in 2010 unfortunately ipcc was not completed.Again in 2014 august CA-INTERMEDIATE was registered based on DIRECT DEGREE SCHEME. Now I am looking for articleship.My brothers friend he is a qualified CA& working in MNC since2000.I have no idea about ca-article rules.He told me that,articleship will oniy provide who is in practice.but my told me that ICAI provide new scheme CA's who is in working also provide articleship.so I confused please kindly give guidelines regarding this.

As informed by institute JULY -2014 edition is already published. But on their website for OLD SYLLABUS still JULY-2013 edition availble.

from where can i get july-2014 edition?

my admit card shows tht I m provisionally admitted subject to being in service of last 12 months as on 1 Nov 2014.... whereas my friends admit card shows last 6 months. which means my result wil be withheld??? wt should I do now....??? Hi.. I am a CA final student and its my second year of articleship... I want to take transfer due to shift of business of my family... my query is whether rent agreement enough as a proof of transfer.. nd will institute allow me to take transfer on the basis of rent agreement?? If rent agreement is not a valid proof than what should i give as a proof?? Please rply fast... Thanks
