I wish to clarify a doubt regarding Common Seal Under Companies Act 2013.
i.e. What are the contents are must in the common seal.
Whether CIN is mandatory along with Name & state in which the company situated?

3 Individual CA's practicing in their own trade name, now decide to form a Partnership firm to carry on practice. One more member wants to join the firm has not applied for certificate of practice, how can we accommodate such person as partner. Does the new person have to first apply for Certificate of Practice separately?

The partners intend to register the firm by 1st week of November but the dilemma they face is whether they can sign tax audit report in individual name as the registration process of the firm would take some time. Please enlighten us in line with the provisions laid out by Institute in this regard.

Advice what is the better way to carry out the registration process?

I want to change my firm and I my Boss has agreed to that.

Sir, i am pursuing my articleship currently and also i am a 2nd year sudent pursuing b.com which involves private studies i.e. it is a correspondence course and i had sent form 112 for b.com to ICAI. Now i am thinking to give cs executive as i am pursuing b.com as a correspondence course. whether i am eligible to give cs executive exams by sending one more form 112 to institute and getting permission...? if yes what is the procedure?

I had registered my articleship as on 31.8.2013 and i transefered my articleship and termination letter says that you have taken excess leave of 25 days
so please tell me my final attempt will come may2016 or nov 2016

l'm going to appear in nov 2014 for the second time. I have all the books which were applicable for may 2014. in may I got exemption in law. My query is that There are many sections notified by companies act 2013 which are not given in supplementary study material provided by icai. For example: section 177 regarding audit committee amended by new act but not given in supplementary. Please help me, should I write all new sections in my exam or should I only write changed sections given in supplementary and rest of the sections as per old act.
