21 October 2014 Sir,
I had registered my articleship as on 31.8.2013 and i transefered my articleship and termination letter says that you have taken excess leave of 25 days
so please tell me my final attempt will come may2016 or nov 2016

25 October 2014 You can give may 16 exams on provisional basis.As per provisions you must have complete 2.5 years training for appearing in exams on provisional basis.Even if we consider excess leaves then also you will complete more than 2.5 years as on 30th april 2016
