Diff. b/w transfer and termination of articleship ??

21 October 2014 I want to change my firm and I my Boss has agreed to that.

It's been 4 months since I joined articleship.

I want to know the difference between transfer and termination of articleship ??

is it the same....

which step should i take...

is it transfer or termination...

please guide me....

21 October 2014 termination is part of transfer. you first take termination and then join someone else. The whole process is called transfer.
