i cleared my ca ipcc group 1 in November 2013 attempt, and i registered for articleship on 19th February 2014, i took permission of transfer of my articleship from my previous principal, and i rejoined the other firm by taking the termination date as 3rd august and rejoining date as 4th august 2014, ICAI has registered the date of my articleship under the present employer/principal on 19th august 2014,the balance period mentioned in the letter sent by ICAI from 19th august 2014 is 2 years 6 months and 14 days, sir, when will be eligible to give my ca final attempt.

Is an article trainee permitted to serve his/her extended period of articleship training under another CA..i.e., after extension can he/she take transfer under another member of ICAI..if he/she does not wish to continue under present principal or wants to learn some other areas related to the course/career....plz reply

What are the consequences when a complaints against article assistnat is filled to ICAI by PRINCIPLE for irregularities.
What will ICAI do in this matter ..

While uploading the form 3CA-3CD online, i cannot see 'upload form' in e-file menu. Instead there is 'upload return'. When i click ‘submit online form(other than ITR) ‘,even then I cannot see Form 3CA in the option given.
Can anyone please help me in this case..

Is there any restriction on maximum number of leaves in article ship. Can one take leave of 4-5 months and pursue another course. In that case is it necessary to submit form 112.
The leaves have been earned.

I am going to attempt 1 module of CS professional in coming June 2015. Please can any one advice which module I should go ahead with as am doing job and have not joined any classes yet due to hectic office schedule. Would be studying at home only.

HelloI have completed 2 years of articleship and due to full day class i could not join office and my principle has terminated my articleship. Please help me now what is the solution for it. On web site of icai i can see my articleship active under the principle.

I have took transfer in month of sep and I submitted my new joining form 109&103 through registered post to SRO head chennai but I havn't received my ID Card or any acknowledment letter from,In how many days I can get my ID card and letter from ICAI
