10 November 2014 What are the consequences when a complaints against article assistnat is filled to ICAI by PRINCIPLE for irregularities.
What will ICAI do in this matter ..

10 November 2014 icai WILL PROBE INTO THE MATTER AND IF THE ARTICLED FOUND GUILTY, CANCELL THE ARTICLESHIP

10 November 2014 What does cancellation of articleship means.
Does it means that re registration for fresh 3 years needed.
Or worst then it...

10 November 2014 ICAI may cancell the existing articlship. You MAY be allowed to enter into fresh articleship depending upon the SEVERITY of your irregularity
