Problem in uploading form 3ca-3cd

While uploading the form 3CA-3CD online, i cannot see 'upload form' in e-file menu. Instead there is 'upload return'. When i click ‘submit online form(other than ITR) ‘,even then I cannot see Form 3CA in the option given.
Can anyone please help me in this case..

sir,i have added CA one month before. Now the status of CA is showing as Inactive, is there any problem for uploading the same.
