09 November 2014 Is there any restriction on maximum number of leaves in article ship. Can one take leave of 4-5 months and pursue another course. In that case is it necessary to submit form 112.
The leaves have been earned.

09 November 2014 maximum leave is 156 days...yes 112 is required for pursuing any course in addition to CA course..

10 November 2014 Dear Sir, I know this, but I want to clarify that can I take leave from article ship for pursuing other course of 4-5 months whose time is clashing and do supplementary articles(if any) afterwards. In that case is it necessary to submit form 112. The fact is that I will be on leave and form 112 is to be filled only when time is not clashing.
Kindly clarify

10 November 2014 if timing will clash, ICAI wont give permission.....
