My query is regarding transfer of articleship.

I registered for articleship on nov,2014(2months). Near my home only.
Now i'm shifting to 35-40kms away from residence, so i'll be unable to travel such long distance because of no proper bus convience to travel to work from the place i'm shifting to office.

so i wish to take transfer from present firm to another firm in bangalore only . (i.e, near by to that place where i'll be shifting).

So in my case is transfer permissible. ??
Whats the procedure for transfer in first year .. ?

If the articleship is terminated within a year and the new articleship is taken after 5 months and the termination form is also sent after 5 months, will there be any problem for the student?

I have filed ITR return on 30th Nov 2014 (i.e before due date)without attaching Digital signature . It contained a small mistake and so I have filed a revised return on 1st Dec 2014 rectifying the same mistake by attaching digital signature. I have not sent the original ITR V to banglore.. If ITR V is not sent within 120 days then it will be considered as invalid..

Now my question is that whether it will be considered as not filed within the due date and will Sec 234A interest is applicable if I do not send the ITR V to banglore????

I am a ca final student have registered for ca final in 2013 along with articleship in western region Mumbai, where study material was not issued to me for some reason.

I have my Form no. 103 having seal of "FINAL NOT ISSUED" . But now I want
my study material to be issued to my home town which is in Central region.

I have applied for Articleship termination to Institute after completion of 2 years of articleship period.Till now I have not received any reply from Institute.Can I apply for CA Final exam to be held at May 2015.Will I eligible to appear CA Final examination while articles termination is in progress.

sir, i have completd my cpt nd regstrd for ipcc but i didnt pass any group mean while i completed my bcom with 71% and i has converted to conversion process and am doing my articles from 3mnths now i want to take coaching for the cmng attempt but my sir was not givng me leave for preparatn nd coaching….now can i cancel my articles under conversion and am i eligible to write my ipcc exam which i was registered before….pls hlp me!
