so if i have to do articleship after i clear my ipcc ,i have to quit my job right, or is there any other way in which i can do both my banking job and ca

there is no escape route to articleship for any1 and you have to unfortunately undergo training under a practicing ca.

yes with the existing knowledge and if you do articleship where you get experience in various bank audits then you have high chances.
