if 108 and 109 is to be filed with more than 156 leaves during the last 4 months of articleship. what is procedure to be done by me with my ca and institute. please guide me.

if you are talking of extention then you also need to fill up form 107 along with 108 and 103 with icai for new registration for extention and 102 needs to be filled for extended period with the ca.
form 109 is for transfer of training under new ca.

sir, my ca is going to lodge termination forms before around 3 months from completion of my articleship. please guide me the procedure i required to do with my ca and institute. as my leaves are 200 during tenure of my articleship commencing from 1st march 2012

Already replied file form 108 for termination and file form 107 for extention.
