Is there any change of CA final
audit syllabus due to conpanies act 2013 for may 15?

yes all the sections notified under co act 2013 as applicable in law is also applicable to audit papers so all the details aslo u will be getting in rtp may 15 audit to be issued by icai and also u get the updated study materials for sec applicable to may 15 on www.icai.org under students under final.
