frnd my query is... 1. Wether both employee nd employor's contribution becomes part of salary for computing salary. 2. Whether contribution of both will be coverd under section 80ccd. My second query is becouse undr section 80cce it is written that deduction u/s 80c, 80ccc, 80ccd(1) shall nt be more than 1 lakh (nw 1.5) so because employee cntributn is covrd u/s 80ccd(1) nd of employer u/s 80ccd(2) it means employrs cntributn is fully deductibl without any time.. So plz give me ur advise..

My articleship is ending in Feb 2015 3rd week and now my employer is telling that my leaves are more than 1/6th period. But he says that he will count Sundays as well when I was on leave for my CA Final 2014 exams. I know that he is mistaken in this. but I am unable to find any regulation of ICAI on this. Pls help guys. Its very urgent.

I want to transfer my articleship after 1 year of completion due to lack of coaching classes at my village.I can't complete classes which are conducted at cities within 3 months of study leave.I want to changing my articles to city because of study purpose.But as per terms and conditions of institute it is not permissible.Is there any solution to solve my problem.Pls help me.

In icai study material of DT/IDT it is written that only amendments which are notified upto 6 months before examination will be asked in examination. Plz guide me is it correct since i am doing self study for DT/IDT. thankyou
