22 January 2015 Sir,
i am doing third year of articles due to some unavoidable reasons i want to cancel this. can i get a certificate for 2 years of practice? what is the procedure to cancel the articleship?

22 January 2015 you can get the certificate from your principal.
Get the form 109 from ICAI and send the duly filled and signed form 109 to ICAI.
Keep a copy of the said form 108 with you. That itself can serve as certificate.
In due course of time, ICAI will inform you about your termination through letter. The said letter can also act as certificate.
